I don't konw. It's not clear as day like Lucky Star and Hiyori. Though one episode was about the president of the council and the new girl rino and everyone thinking they we in a rmonatic relatrionship, one of the girls had sparkly eyes. oh forget it. I personally at this point do not see anything romantic, more of a mother-daughter-moe sort of relation. But, I haven't seen much, up to the third episode.

Oh! Rasher, does the main character in every shojo have no father?

not Ueki, he has an adopted AND a real father, not to mention a father figure

Okay. Just asking. Cuz' the main character Rino's mother passes away before the series and the father is never mentioned.
