Personality: Well, an overall summary of this guy’s personality is apathetic for the most part. Unless it truly concerns him or it’s something interesting, he’ll try to ignore it as much as possible. If it does concern him, then he’ll put a little effort into caring. If he is part of a group, he’ll try his best to help out for, it concerns him.

Abilities summary:
Dual Gunning-Able to use two pistols very skillfully in combat. Very precise, and firing at the exact second the other is fired. (think Death the Kid)

1. First Raid- kicks target in the stomach, the face, and finally a shot to a part of the body (not specific).
2. Second Raid-Elbows target, knees the target, shoots twice, pistol-whips once with each hand, then shoots five more times.
3. Judgment Day-Kicks seven times, shoots five with each gun, elbows in he throat, then shoots ten more times with each gun.

History: You might be surprised at this, but Kevin is not his birth name. It’s actually Stefano Dante Rotelno. He was fine with it as a kid. When he grew older, he realized he’s second generation! His parents were born here! So, he slightly hated his very ethnic name. That’s not the main point. His education was good. He at first went to a public school where he had a lot of friends. Life was good. Then Kevin got a slight behavior problem. That is when he was eventually sent to a private “BD” school. God how he hated it. Not so much of hated, more of he felt out of place. Kevin didn’t know how private schools worked, and he didn’t make to many friends. Not many that actually seemed like friends. Except for those five. One day, Stefano was called by the leader named Steven Plowinsky. He was referred to as Skinny Steve, and he ran a powerful street gang; The Black Bloods. Stefano told him his name and what it meant, and in response Skinny Steve gave him a new name. Kevin. This was better, now he felt more…well, welcome; and less ethnic. He still kept his ethnic looks like the natural Italian olive skin. AGAIN-beside the point. He quickly figured out how to use weaponry the usual gang would use, and even some you wouldn’t. Though he is best with two guns in a style he just would call “Dual Gunning”; he has been slightly talented with knives, rifles, and even a sword. He does not own those items anymore, after a horrible incident. The only crime The Black Bloods were actually seen doing. The Black Bloods didn’t think it was a crime, but more of a help, maybe even a revolution. No one but Tall Joe knew Steve’s mind. This Crime was the assassination of the corrupt mayor of a city near Chicago no one seems to know about. Kevin didn’t live in that town, but this was important to Steve. Of course, this was Kevin’s first friend, so he had to help him. The Black Bloods went for a full-on attack on the mayor’s house. Steve finally revealed that his coup d'état had begun. No one in the gang seemed to think it a bad thing. The police had arrived and the battle began. Hundreds on either side were killed or wounded in this senseless slaughter brought about by a hopelessly ambitious 12th grader. Kevin fought, and was unharmed, but the leader Skinny Steve finally was shot and the gang fell apart. Kevin fled town with the only possessions on him…his two guns.

Goals: To find a new gang, or at least some friends…

both work really its just the question of which you want to have, a suit wearing demon or a freakish monstority deomn
